Welcome to our Pavilion!
Starting from this February we are calling to our Pavilion, 10 startups and the nimble teams behind them for an intensive 4 months head together aimed at energising their initiatives beyond the walls of mind, ideas and execution.
In case you or someone you know has been passionate about a startup or an idea, this may just be the place they need to enter to realise their dreams.
About Us
We at Pavilion are here to assist and support our portfolio firms in realising their full prospect. At the same time we understand that when it comes to enlarging a firm, every moment counts. We want our team to be out in the field getting things done rather than spending months under direct supervision. The approaches that we rely on focusing on expanding and scaling the business, including financial planning and controls, team building and culture, current customer development strategies and obtaining sustainable dilating funding.
Whom are we looking for?
- Someone with dedication, perseverance and a robust heart with a can-do and never-give-up attitude.
- An early-stage company whose founder is a student and has recently begun his/her/their venture.
- At least one person in the founding team should be associated with a premier educational institution.
- In case of a solo/single founder; the person must be ready to increase the size of his founding team to more than one.
- The Founders should be Resident of India or willing to start their venture here.
What does the founder get?
In addition to money in your bank account, you will have Legal, Financial, Managerial, Strategic, Tactical, Technical support, Advisory and Mentorship is available to suit the startup founder’s unique circumstance.
You will have a community of people backing you. Most of whom have “been there and done that”; from someone who was the President of a stock exchange body at 23 to another who is building a unicorn venture in robotics and AI.
